Kwatra is a highly accomplished CPA, CCIM, and MBA with more than 20 years of experience spanning financial strategy, mergers and acquisitions, audit, tax, and commercial real estate investing. She is the founder and CEO of multiple companies, providing executive-level leadership as a CEO, CFO, and trusted advisor to businesses, investors, and real estate principals. Her expertise includes GAAP and GAAS–compliant financial reporting, consolidation accounting, underwriting, deal structuring, capital stack strategy, and tax optimization for complex, multi-entity organizations.

Throughout her career, Neerja has led peer-review–compliant CPA firms, built and supervised high-performing teams, and guided companies through acquisitions, growth, and operational transformation. She works closely with investment groups on financial modeling, capital planning, and portfolio expansion, bridging technical accounting with strategic decision-making.
